Studios
A new women-only gym chain that rethinks how fitness feels: training on premium equipment, classes like Reformer Pilates, wellness and a lounge to unwind – in a space designed to feel like yours from day one. Premium, but never exclusive. No pressure, no comparisons.
Our first studio opens in Rüsselsheim am Main, expected in early December 2026. Dreieich and Mannheim are planned next.
A training floor with machines, free weights and cardio, classes from Reformer Pilates to Zumba, and wellness with sauna, Red Light, massage chairs and Recovery Pants. And for afterwards: a lounge with a bar.
From opening day, Rüsselsheim is open every day from 7 am to 10 pm, weekends included – so your workout fits in before work, at lunchtime or in the evening. You’ll always find the current hours on the studio page.
Yes, in the pre-sale – online in just a few minutes: Join now, choose your studio first, then your plan. That way you lock in the pre-sale deal.
Rüsselsheim
Yes. After your workout, shower in peace and get ready at the hair-drying stations. Fancy staying a little longer? The sauna and lounge are waiting for you.
Yes, and it’s free – no parking ticket, no circling the block.
Yes, from opening day with a trial session: we’ll show you around the whole studio, and you’ll train with us once.
Training
Not at all. The guided machines give you confidence, and our trainers on the floor are there for all your questions. No stares, no comparisons – just women. The best way to get to know us is a trial session once we open.
Two to three times a week is enough to see progress. What matters more is sticking with it – pick times that fit easily into your week.
To start with, 45 to 60 minutes is plenty: a quick warm-up, then your workout, and a few minutes of stretching to finish. Busy day? Even half an hour moves you forward.
Workout clothes, clean indoor trainers and a towel. Everything else is ready for you – from dumbbells to mats.
Strength machines
With the guided machines: they set the movement, so you learn it safely. Once you feel confident, add free weights like dumbbells and kettlebells – your trainer will show you how.
Adjust the seat and pads so the joint you’re moving lines up with the machine’s pivot point. The first time, your trainer will set everything up with you.
To start with, six to eight machines that work your whole body between them are plenty – two to three sets each. That keeps your workout clear and manageable.
Only if you specifically train for it – muscle grows slowly. What you’ll notice quickly: more strength in everyday life, better posture and feeling good in your body.
Free weights
Absolutely. Free weights aren’t just for experienced lifters – anyone can start with light dumbbells. And because only women train here, you never have to prove yourself first.
Start with a light weight and a few exercises you can do cleanly. Your trainer will show you the movement and keep an eye on you while you practise.
Heavy enough that the last two or three reps are a challenge, but you can still do them with good form. When it gets easy, go up – step by step.
Yes, at any age. Your muscles and bones benefit for life – even more so as the years go by. Just start at your own pace.
Power Plate
A training platform that vibrates in small, fast movements. You stand, kneel or lean on it and do exercises like squats, lunges or planks. Because your body keeps balancing, every exercise becomes more challenging.
Often just ten to fifteen minutes is enough. Use it to warm up, to stretch after strength training or as a short session when you’re short on time.
Yes. You start with simple exercises at a low setting. The first time, a trainer shows you how to stand safely on the platform.
Talk to your doctor or midwife first. If you’re pregnant, have had surgery recently or have joint or back problems, check with them before you start whether this kind of training is right for you.
Cardio
Even 20 to 30 minutes is great for your heart and circulation. As a warm-up before strength training, 5 to 10 minutes is enough.
For a solid base, keep to a pace where you can still chat. Fancy more? Add short, faster bursts – or come along to Zumba.
If you’re doing both on the same day: strength first, then cardio. That way you’ve got the most energy for the weights. A quick warm-up on the treadmill beforehand always works, though.
Mix it up: sometimes steady on the treadmill with a view outside, sometimes with music and a group in Zumba.
Functional Training
Yes. You can train freely on the gym floor, whenever it suits your day. Not sure about an exercise? Ask our team – they’ll show you the right technique.
Both – it depends how you do it. Heavy weights and few reps lean towards strength; lighter weights and short rests lean towards cardio.
Five to ten easy minutes on the treadmill or rower, then a few moves without weights – squats, lunges and arm circles, for example. That gets your body ready.
Classes
Depends on your day. Want to dance and sweat it out? Zumba. Want to get stronger? Pilates, Reformer Pilates or Rückenfit – or Rücken Express in half an hour. Want to flow and work up a sweat? Cardio Yoga. Want to slow down and stay mobile? Yoga. Best thing: try a few.
Yes – that way your spot’s guaranteed when you turn up. As a member, you can book as soon as your studio opens; how far ahead depends on your membership. The timetable shows you which class runs when.
Comfy workout clothes and a towel. Clean indoor trainers for Zumba, grip socks for Reformer Pilates. Each class page has the details.
Reformer Pilates
Yes. The reformer guides you through every movement, and the springs make each exercise easier or harder. The first time, your instructor will walk you through the machine.
The exercises are related, but the reformer works with you: springs give you resistance or support, and the carriage moves with you. That makes your training more targeted and lets you tailor every exercise to you. Prefer the mat? We offer classic Pilates too.
Once or twice a week is enough to feel the difference. Pair it with strength training or cardio for a well-rounded week.
They give you a secure footing on the reformer, even when things warm up – and they’re more hygienic than bare feet.
Pilates
Yes. Your instructor shows you every exercise and offers easier and harder variations, so you find your level. At the start it’s not about strength – it’s about feeling your breath and your core.
Both combine movement and breath, but they start from different places: Pilates targets your core and works on posture and control, while yoga brings together poses, breath and relaxation. Lots of women do both – you’ll find Yoga on our timetable too.
Often after just a few classes: you sit and stand taller without thinking about it and feel your core in everyday life. Strength and stability grow with every class you stick with. The timetable shows when Pilates is on.
Rückenfit
A strong, mobile back helps lots of women in everyday life. If you have pain, get it checked by a doctor first and let your instructor know before class – she’ll show you suitable options.
No. Bands, balls and light weights are ready for you in the studio. All you need is comfy workout clothes and a towel.
Both strengthen your core. Rückenfit works on the mat, with your bodyweight and small kit, focused on your back and core. Reformer Pilates uses the reformer: its springs guide you and add resistance – a workout for your whole body.
Often within a few weeks if you come once or twice a week: you’ll sit taller, move more easily and feel it in everyday life.
Rücken Express
Yes. Rücken Express is built to be compact: a quick warm-up, targeted work for your back and core, a short stretch. Come regularly and you’ll feel the difference – especially when your days are full.
Both strengthen your back. Rücken Express is the compact half hour focused on your back and core. Rückenfit takes a full hour and combines strength work with mobility and relaxation. You can also do both.
Yes. Every exercise can be made easier or harder, and your instructor shows you what suits you. If you have back problems, get them checked by a doctor first.
Absolutely. At half an hour, it fits nicely before another class – Cardio Yoga, for example. You’ll find what’s on when in the timetable.
Cardio Yoga
Yoga is calmer and gives you time in every pose. Cardio Yoga keeps you moving: asanas flow into dynamic sequences, strength exercises and cardio – you’ll work up a sweat, and your breath still stays at the centre.
No. Your instructor guides you through every pose and shows you easier variations. What you already know from yoga helps – but you don’t need it.
Yes, that’s part of it. You decide how fast and how powerfully you go – and things get calm at the end, so you leave class relaxed. Bring a towel.
Langhantel-Training
No. Your instructor shows you every exercise step by step, and you start light. You only add weight once your technique is solid.
Enough that the last reps feel challenging while your technique stays clean. Your instructor helps you choose – and you can switch at any time.
Don’t worry. Lots of reps with light to medium weights make you stronger and more toned – building big muscles takes a very different kind of training.
Bauch Express
Tough enough that you’ll feel your core – but every exercise can be made easier or harder. You set your pace and take breaks whenever you need them.
A strong core supports your spine and takes pressure off your back in everyday life. If you have back problems, get them checked by a doctor first and let your instructor know.
Talk to your doctor or midwife first – after giving birth, timing really matters. Once they give you the go-ahead, your instructor will show you suitable options.
Tabata
Tabata is a form of interval training: 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest, for eight rounds – four minutes per block. A class strings several blocks together with changing exercises.
If you enjoy a challenge, yes. Every exercise comes in an easier version, and in those 20 seconds you decide how much you give. If you have health questions, talk to your doctor first.
Mobility
Related, but different: Mobility works specifically on how freely your joints move – with active stretches and controlled movement, without asanas. If you’re after calm and breath, you’ll find it in Yoga.
Especially then: more mobile joints make your exercises cleaner and your training more rounded. Mobility is the ideal counterbalance to Langhantel-Training or Tabata.
Many women feel looser after class, especially after a long day sitting. If your symptoms persist, get them checked by a doctor and let your instructor know beforehand.
Yoga
No – flexibility is the goal, not the starting point. Every pose has an easier variation, and the props in the studio meet you wherever you’re at.
More than you’d think. You hold many poses with your own body weight, which strengthens your legs, arms and core along the way.
Perfectly. Alongside strength training or Zumba, yoga eases tension and helps you recover. Once or twice a week is plenty.
Keep it light, about two hours before. Twists and forward bends feel much better on an empty stomach.
Zumba
No. The steps are simple and repeat, and your instructor shows you everything. After a class or two you’ll know the routines – and it’s fun from the start.
Clean indoor trainers with a flat sole that isn’t too grippy – so you can turn easily. Plus comfy workout clothes and a towel.
As hard as you want. Skip the jumps, take smaller steps or go all out – your instructor shows you easier options.
Yes – an hour of Zumba is cardio, just with music. So on Zumba days, feel free to skip the treadmill. On the other days, build strength on the strength machines.
Zumba Step
In Zumba Step you dance on and around a step board. That makes the class more powerful for your legs and glutes – the music and the good vibes stay the same. Without a board, you dance at Zumba and Zumba Fitness.
Yes. The moves repeat and build on each other, and your instructor shows every move slowly first. Feel free to stand in the second row – after a few songs you’ll be in the flow.
Absolutely: Zumba Step is mostly cardio with some leg work. For full-body strength, add machine training or Langhantel-Training on other days.
Zumba Fitness
Zumba Fitness is the official name of the classic Zumba class – the original that all the variations grew out of. One of them adds a step board, and you’ll find it here too: Zumba Step.
No – Zumba Fitness suits every age. You can skip jumps and make steps smaller, and your instructor shows you gentler options. If you have any health concerns, talk to your doctor first.
Something that strengthens you and helps you wind down – Reformer Pilates or Mobility, for example. The timetable shows what’s on when.
Bauch Beine Po
Bauch Express focuses on your core for half an hour. In Bauch Beine Po you train abs, legs and glutes together – with squats, lunges and mat exercises. Both fit nicely into one week.
Let your instructor know before class: there are joint-friendly options for squats and lunges, and you can skip jumps at any time. If you have pain, get it checked by a doctor first.
Absolutely: after dancing you’re already warmed up, so you can go straight into focused strength work. The timetable shows when both classes run.
Wellness
With Plus and Flex, yes – and with the pre-sale deal too: use the sauna, massage chairs, roller massage and Recovery Pants as often as you like. Basic is the membership for training.
Trousers with air chambers that fill one after another and gently squeeze your legs. You simply lie back and relax – a lovely way to switch off after a hard session.
The Red Light cabin isn’t included in your membership and is charged separately. We’ll announce the price as soon as it’s set.
Give yourself a few minutes’ break and have a drink first, then head into the sauna. If you have any questions about your circulation or health, check with your doctor first.

Careers
It’s easy: under Jobs, tap ‘Apply speculatively’ and tell us your name, email, phone number and when you can start – that’s all we need. You can attach your CV, but there’s no need for a cover letter.
Not for every role. At reception and in service, what matters most is that you love being a host. As a trainer, you’ll bring a relevant qualification or licence.
Because every woman deserves a place where she can be completely herself – and MILA MOON is a space by women, for women. Our team is right in the middle of it: on the gym floor, in the class studio, the changing rooms and the sauna. Roles with no member contact are open to everyone.
Absolutely. At the bottom of Jobs you’ll find ‘Apply speculatively’ – tell us what you’re good at and what you’re looking for. Your role might already be in the pipeline.
Right now. Our first studio in Rüsselsheim is expected to open in early December 2026, and we’re putting our team together.
