If you have made your decision, you can cancel here using “Cancel contract here” – without logging in, with your membership number. You can find it on your bank statement and in your welcome email. We will confirm receipt by email straight away.
Notice periods and contract term
Your minimum term depends on your plan. If you cancel at least one month before the end of the minimum term, your membership ends when the minimum term expires. After that, it continues for an indefinite period and can be cancelled at any time by giving one month’s notice. The date on which we receive your cancellation determines whether the notice period has been met. Full details are set out in our terms and conditions.
Cancellation for good cause
If you have good cause to end your membership early, select “For good cause” in the form and briefly explain the circumstances. We will review your cancellation and get back to you.
